    The history

  • ・In the investigation of 1967, it was thought with erection of July, 1652 (a manager keeps it a prayer bill Of the woodenness), but the dismantling was under construction, and a Sumi painting on March 31, 1650 (Keian 3) was discovered.
  • ・This building is proved not to be dismantled until 1967 since 1650, and, for a private house running the agriculture including the village headman, Japan is oldest.
  • ・In a Kitayama type private house, the south is distributed over Kyoto northern part of the capital city, the north to Wakasa-wan Bay, and the Ishidas is seen with the oldest remains of an ancient structure of the Kitayama type.
  • ・As there was not the thing which was similar to the genealogy, a history in the Ishidas, it was unknown, but, judging from a mention to be seen in a tribute book, a note verbale, the deed, continued with " Gen-emon ⇒ Gengo ⇒Genzo" in the Edo era.
  • ・There was the family status of the Ishidas in the important position of the village so that I served a village headman for a long time like ‘Ishida Gen-emon’, and it was revealed because Gengo of 1885 was appointed the village representative again.
  • ・In front of a house, there is the tree of persimmon. When the Emperor Showa was succeeded to the throne, and he was able to come to Kyoto for the first time. Then, the Ishidas was invited to Kyoto as a representative of the village. A young plant of the grace that I sometimes received from the Emperor grew to the tree of persimmon.
